that is a tricky to reply to question, i will only percentage my perspectives. Java has been round for say better than 15 years. that is platform self sustaining and gadget self sustaining. I recommend there aren't any regulations on the kind of gadget it ought to bypass on, some thing from huge servers to cellular telephones. that provides us a huge kind of purposes operating at present on all those platforms. So besides the actuality that if Java were to get replaced by using some language, it may take yet another few years to modify each app. So the destiny in question isn't close to than 10 years. i'm preserving this as a least plausible estimate as I surely have considered purposes that were written in previous due eighty's nonetheless operating round. that is a multitude to maintain such legacy platforms, yet then no man or woman is truly prepared on replacing them. again, i do no longer make technologies so some thing new may already be on its way, only component is i have not considered it yet

If u do not have the guts to ask for it, the best thing to do is, get somebody (may be a trust-worthy colleague but who is a step higher than ur rank in the company) who has good contacts with ur immediate boss to discuss the matter with ur boss. That might help. But advice ur friend not to overdo it as most bosses don't like when fellow employees know their salary scales. Good luck.

he he he you are not alone buddy there are so many like you. Just get up and say hello and you will will find yourself surrounded by such people.

However what you are asking for is like saying that I want to be successful without hardwork.

Now having guts or to put it precisely to speakup is a very important trait in any employee. Wheather it is asking for your right (a salary raise) or speaking up for the benifit of the company.

You need to develop this there is not shortcut to this. Start practicing.....

If you don't want to discuss it with your current boss, then find a new job and get a better salary there. Your other option is to wait until your next review and hope it goes well.

I really would recommend speaking directly with your boss. (S)He would respect you for your honesty, and would appreciate you for how much you do every day. There really is no other way; hinting at it would make you look like a fool. If this is something you really want, you have to speak with your boss vis-a-vis.

Wish you all the best.

You HAVE to ask for it. Really that's all there is too it. If you don't ask for it, then they won't give it to you. If you ask and they say no, then look for another job. If they won't give you the rasie now, they probably never will...
