The Internet is a GREAT thing. The last bastion of freedom. That why the government is getting nervous about it. Watch for them to try to change or regulate it.

yes is a good thing if is not ,there will be no Yahoo!answer for u to ask a question.There is the good the bad and ugly side of it but if u see it as positives then it becomes positive for u.Am in African if not for the net the friends i have in the US,Canada and many more i don't think i would have know them,u see for me it has help me to make friends.Is Nice being on the net it make me happy too.

I believe it's a good thing to communicate with others and to use it as a resource for answers. It can be bad when you use personal information, allowing possible identity theft and personal funds to be accessed.

GOOD!!! without the internet i would not be able to talk to this girl i like cuz of my parents and all not letting me call her ever.
it also keeps people around the world in touch as opposed to using long distance calls.
