Yes but don't worry so much about the slackers. It will just make you miserable. Just do your job and go home with more money than them (if you waitress).

They all have their favorites. Ever notice the male managers always like the giggly flirty girls the best? Sickening, isn't it?
The managers always preach teamwork, then do nothing but sit on their behind and usually pig out!

Yeah!! They call it bit ching .........The managers don't really care who does the work as long as it gets done.....It makes them look good. If your gonna take up the slack for another employee and do their work they will usually let you. They don't want conflict...If you complain they actually have to deal with it.....when they say stop whining or bit ching you get mad walk away and do the work anyways.....right? Ive been the one doing all the side work for years..........But not anymore......heres how to stop
Don't do their work......do exactly what is expected of you and not one bit more.......if theres no assigned work ,split what does need to be done up between workers and only do your share...............don't give in cuz they will take advantage of the slightest give in!!! Tell your manager that you did blah blah and blah and your done and punching out....if he says you have to help tell him to ask the others what they have done..............suggest to him that there be assigned side work where every ones responsibilities are clear........

Just do the best you can and tell yourself that your tips will show that you are doing better service than the rest of them.
