I don't think I'm bi-polar,
There are times that I think about embarrassing things that I've done or that have happened to me back when I was like 10, and I actually say to myself "I hate myself"
There are other days, I look in the mirror and I think, "I'm the queen of everything"
How do I stay queen and not just for a day? I try to remember to tell myself good things and I try to remember to do good things for myself, when I do this, I feel sooo much better about myself.

Thought-process. Bec every mornin when i get up and look at the mirror at mi face, the thoughts are all different. Even my own face is changing, so i feel. Thought-process is a wonderful thing. We let our thoughts flow to to our mind and harbor negative feelings towards others. It because on some days we let our heart speak for itself when we feel "I am the queen of everything". Thatz how i feel when i write this answer....

Maybe you are bi polar, maybe you are "border line". Or maybe you are not mentally ill but gifted with the pressure to improve yourself as well as with the ability to appreciate the outcome of your previous efforts in this endeavor. Recalling childhood misdeeds is not unusual. It may in some instances offer insight to some of your current weaknesses and allows you to guide your way to avoid some not so good outcomes.

You are alright, some of both is critical towards self development. Seems the most common problem is people completely lack one or the other.

all of us are inherently good but because of many influences this reality is blurred... we see not the good but the bad in us. It is also a struggle between the true self and false self. What makes your realization ok is that you are aware that this things are happening. Try to balance your self: hating self too much and liking self too much. Both extreme would do you no good.

My first guess would be bi-polar, but you could also have depression. There a few different types.

You should talk to a counselor or friend/parents about this.

Don't worry about it, it's normal. Though I do not know what bi-polar is. You might just have mood-swings. The random times when "i hate myself' are when I'm on my mentrual cycle, always.

oh lord, it's hard to be humble...what do you do/think about on the days you like yourself? People have high days and low days, if you're really 'up' on some days and not on others, you might be bi-polar, you also might be eating differently etc. Read about bio-rythms, they might help you keep track of what's going on...
