Go to the parts store and buy some Brake Cleaner. This is the worlds best kept automotive secret. Get two cans and spray away. It will magically make the oil disappear. Then you will learn how much other stuff it will clean up. Stains on laundry and spots on carpet or other great uses.
Try this, you will be amazed.

Read this trick years ago and it works great. Pour some paint thinner over the spot and scrub it a little with a brush. Next pour the oil absorber (kitty litter type stuff) over it. The paint thinner loosens the oil up and suspends it and the oil absorber soaks it up. Works great.

An easy remedy is to pour kittly litter over the oil spot
and let it sit for a while. Then, simply brush away the
kitty litter with broom or hose it off the driveway.

Use kitty litter to absorb any remaining oil.
Then use a cleaner to remove the stain.
Brake cleaner or engine cleaner both remove oil.
Chomp! also works well and is safe for the environment. It's designed using technology used to clean up major oil spills.
Billions of oil eating microbes, eat the contaminants, changing them into water and carbon dioxide.
Environmentally safe for use indoors and out - won't harm plants, animals or people - child safe.

Kitty litter is indeed the way to go.
It works even better if you grind it into a fine powder with your boot. (and it's more economical too) Sprinkle the granules on the offending spot and bring out your best dance steps. I have accidently drained a whole transmission's worth in my driveway and picked up 99% with this method. Oh and brownie points from your neighbours, I'm sure. :)

Sprinkle kitty litter over the spill, leave it on for about 30 minutes, than sweep it up. That should help.
