You have teeth and she's probably got a hard enough time dealing with a toothless baby biting her while breastfeeding.

Her breasts could be very sensitive, especially if she started nursing within the last few weeks. Baby's mouths are the perfect shape to nurse on a woman's breasts without causing too much discomfort for the mother, but an adult's mouth is a totally different shape, and can cause pain, especially if her breasts are full of milk.
If that isn't the problem, it could be that she is concerned that you may drink up all her milk, and there won't be enough for the baby. That isn't likely, especially if you wait till after the baby is fed to play around.
My personal advice to you is not to push it, especially if the baby is very young. You might be feeling a bit jealous of all the attention your sweetie is lavishing on your baby, that's normal too. Be patient, and as your sweetie relaxes into motherhood, you will again get lots of attention, and she will feel like being sexy again. Just make sure you let her know that you find her attractive, she may also be insecure about that after all the changes in her body from pregnancy.

Because she is trying to keep her milk to feed the baby from both, since nobody knows how much can be produced.
The female breast were not created to feed adults, otherwise women would be having milk all their life.
If you still have your teeth left, then she has another good reason for stopping you to sit on her lap and sip her till she becomes a raisin. Every drop of milk takes many precious substances that are only useful to a baby but comes from the Mama's resources.
While none of this reasons convinces you to stop wishing to become a baby and suck breasts again, then talk to her and promise for your two testicles that is going to be just one harmless try.

There could be a few reasons. She could feel that if you suck on her breasts, it will cause her to let down her milk, which could gross you out. Or, she'd rather save the milk for the baby and not you. Or, she doesn't want to confuse breast feeding with something sexual. Your best bet is to ask her why she feels that way and respect her wishes.

talk about this to her , not us, cause there are no real health reasons for saying no, unless u dont wanna suck for hours and your baby is starving, lol, and of course if its painful for her, but u would understand that i hope, and i can help her if she wont admit the pain
