If yours is indeed the only account with admin priveleges, she must have known your password to change it. Double check that there isn't another admin account. There must be if yours was changed to limited. Then we'll take your daughter and my teen-aged son and send them off on the same ice-floe!! Finally some PC peace!

Set a Bios password, and then she can't get on the computer at all without your permission.
Create a limited user account for her.

You're running Microsoft XP Home, right?
There is only security and protection in GNU/Linux, and you should get the FREE download, burn the LiveCD, and let your teen play with the 1,600 free games, compilers, math programs, browsers, and network tools... Might re-direct her energy to a future career! There are NO GLASS CEILINGS in Networking!!!
Network admins in GNU/Linux and BSD get paid about 25% more than Microsoft Admins, Microsoft.com and Hotmail.com both run on 15,000 Linux systems, EACH!
Every business on the Fortune 1,000 run Linux!
http://google.com runs 100,000 Linux computers in Clusters!
Yahoo.com runs a clone cousin to GNU/Linux, called FreeBSD, one of the dozen Berkeley Software Distribution Unix clones, just like Mac OS X (based on DarwinBSD, FREE version is OpenDarwinBSD)!!
These are written for MODERN compouting, NOT like Microsoft, written in the 1990's, for 1980's technology!!!
I am running the PCLinuxOS LiveCDrom, in my Duron1300, without any hard drives installed! Virus free, hacker proof!

It is not possible for a user to change the admin password. check if you must have forgot the password. If so.. you need to re-install OS.
