Yes very much.

I saw a TV ad last night where a man is standing with his back over train rails and a fast train can be seen approaching at a distance. The man is saying "we should not ignore it anymore" or something to that effect. He keeps talking ..."I can just avoid it now", then he actually jumps away from the incoming fast train, and the viewers, then, can see a little girl standing right behind him. The scene stops there, but the message is clear.
Our children will suffer the consequences of our dismissal and denial that Global warming is really here and is wrecking our World.

Powerful message, I hope everyone gets it.

It's a fact the earth is getting hotter. We go through normal heating and cooling cycles. The earth was much hotter and humid when the dinosaurs roamed the earth, and we have a cycle of ice ages. We are in a warming trend, it's going to get hotter and there will be many climate changes. Don't get freaked out, there is a prety good chance, these climate changes will continue so slowly that technology will be able to keep up with those changes, ie air conditioning and heating, climate control in general is getting better. Air conditioning is not that old of a technology. Other more interesting technologies are coming out to make it even more confortable to live.

I wouldn't call it freaked but I am concerned.
I have worked outside for 22 years now and I can see a difference in the climate where I live.I live in Atlantic Canada and our growing season has gotten longer.I can start Spring cleanup about two weeks earlier than I used to and the leaves fall about two weeks latter in the Fall. Our winters are getting warmer with less snow. Also,in the Summer, our thunder storms are getting stronger.
The climate is getting warmer but are we to blame or is it just the planet going through a natural warming cycle. That's the question.

Not one bit. The earth has been warming all the time, man's influence on this warming is so minimal it makes virtually no difference. The only people who are duped by the global warming threats are people who don't read very much--they are always easily fooled.

Of course! How can you not be?

We are only alive today because of the ozone layer. It protects us from the sun, and as it weakens, more and more bad things will continue to happen. If it were to go away for some reason? We'd all be dead.

Lately, the news is starting to sound like the trailer for "The Day after tomorrow."

Used to think it was a bunch of nothing, but with the heat wave I've just endured, it makes me wonder. Yeah, I could get a bit freaked out thinking about it.
