this always works for me so give it a try and i guarantee that you will see the results from the first time. soak your feet in Luke warm water feel free to add any essential oils for aroma. scrub the rough area (if you can but not necessary). when you feel that the hard area has softened enough dry well with a towel and apply petroleum jelly make sure you use a generous amount on the cracked areas. wrap your feet in plastic bags and wear socks and let the moisture seep in through the night. if it gets too hot you can take the plastic bags off but make sure that the socks stay on throughout the night. this will seal in the cracks. you will notice a complete improvement in about three days of applying this method. good luck. if you are looking for future moisturisers that will insure that your feet never crack again check out my Shea and Almond moisturiser at http://stores.ebay.co.uk/Pips-Products only five left so hurry before you miss your chance looking forward to doing business with you :-)

avoid wearing flip-flops and just before bed, wash your feet with a flannel and normal soap or shower gel, and while they're still damp, moisturise your feet then apply a thin layer of Vaseline petroleum jelly and wear a pair of socks. Not only is this great to keep you warm in the winter, it'll soften your feet quick and easy. I used this method when I had thick hard skin on my heels and side of my big toe and my feet are soft and supple now.

How to Give Yourself a Pedicure

You don't need to rush off to a salon before donning those open-toed shoes. Get your feet in tip-top shape at home.

Steps:
1. Remove any old nail polish thoroughly.

2. Soak your feet in warm water for 10 to 15 minutes. Add Epsom salts or any other commercial foot soak. For really hard skin use paraffin based jelly such as vaseline cover your feet in it and soak them as above, when your feet are soft enough use a scrub to massage your feet and to remove dead skin. Soak again for 10 to 15 mins and rinse off. You can now use a foot file to take off more dead hard skin around the heels. Make sure you have soft feet by putting cocoa butter or shea butter on your feet before you go to bed every night this will help heal your sore heels.

3. Clip your toenails straight across using a toenail clipper or scissors. Clipping straight across will help prevent ingrown toenails.

4. File the toenails to smooth any rough edges.

5. Push back your cuticles. Use a cuticle moisturizer if they do not push back easily after soaking.

6. Massage your feet with a moisturizing lotion. Use an exfoliating lotion if the skin is dry and/or roughened. Use a loofah or pumice stone on roughened areas.

7. Separate your toes. Put cotton between your toes, or use a ready-made device for pedicures. Make sure your toe nails are free from oils, just wipe over with some polish remover to do this.

8. Apply a base coat and give it time to dry.

9. Apply polish, cleaning up any stray marks with a cotton swab dipped in polish remover. Add a second coat for deeper color.

10. Complete the pedicure with a top coat of clear polish.

Tips:
Leave your shoes off for at least an hour or two to allow the polish to thoroughly dry.

Warnings:
Avoid cutting your cuticles with scissors or nail clippers as this leave your skin open and prone to fungus or infections.

You can use a pumice stone in the bathtub or just go get regular pedicures. It's just callouses that can be exfoliated off. Also, Bath and Body Works makes this Shea Butter foot lotion to use after you shower that works wonders to keep them from getting sore and cracked.

Erectile Dysfunction can be devastating to men, and unfortunately, millions of men suffer from the condition. Learn how to cure erectile dysfunction https://tr.im/XYL9F

If you go to the doctor to talk about the issue, you’re likely to get put on one or more of the popular medications used to treat the condition. While they can be effective (temporarily), these medications come with a raft of side effects, some of which are decidedly unpleasant. Even worse, these medications aren’t really a cure, they’re more like a temporary workaround.

Worst of all, they tend to be really expensive. Month after month, you’re having to pay to work around your condition. That’s what the Big Pharmaceutical companies want.

I got the same kind of shaver that is used when you get a pedicure. You can get it for around $6 from Bed, Bath, and Beyond. It works great. Just use it after you take a shower so you're skin is smooth and it will be easy to remove it.

Get your own foot spa machine & soak them. Then apply foot cream & cotton socks overnight (to keep the cream against your skin). Unless you have some sort of bacterial infection that should improve things over time.

i had this problem,
if you have the nerve and the confidence
do this,
find a road with lots of gravel
stones pebbles etc,
take your shoes and socks off
and walk on it,
you will find your feet
be free of hard skin
the downside is you may cut your feet
however if you are carefull
you should be ok
i managed to walk a full mile and a half unharmed
