Not at all. You can find better things to spend your money on. Pros to not smoking, your hair, clothes, car and house won't smell like an ashtray. Cons to smoking, your hair, clothes, car and house will smell like an ashtray; plus you have the benefit of getting cancer and passing away. Then you can say I not only gave my life away, but my money too. If your dating someone that does they won't think no less of you if you don't and neither will your friends.

You've lived your life peacefully till you're now 22. I really congratulate you for clocking 22 in good health. Unfortunately, now that you ought to be thinking of moving your life forward in a more pragmatic dimension, the only BIG thing that comes to you is to start smoking. Remember, if you do, be ready for all the consequences of being a smoker. Do you want to join the bad-waggon of TB patients and so forth. Sorry, if I was too harsh on you but I always tell people the truth - those who like the truth know that I'm not deceiving you. I wish you good luck.

Why you should start now? And "want to" ... it might be just curiosity.. do not let yourself go for that!

Smoking has no sense, give you bad breath odor, and this odor gets your hair, clothes everything!!

And won't tell you about all the respiratory diseases that could be caused by smoking and the ones that get aggravated...

If you are 22 you are not longer a teenager, and most people start as teenager because of the curiosity and pressure, or just because "it look nice" but believe, no sense at all!!

Then it could become a habit difficult to quit!! There are so many people trying to quit and you are trying to get into it!! NOOOOOO!!

Well, smoking kills over 400, 000 people a year. It makes your teeth yellow, your breath stink, your lungs cancerous, and your body suffer from cardiovascular disease.

But you're 22, and you've lived long enough,so start puffing on those 400 toxic substances found in cigarettes. Look, you're 22; live to see 102. Don't smoke.

I'm 26 and all I've thought about since I was 22 was how much I'd like to quit. I've slowed down quite a bit but haven't been able to completely stop. You will rather regret it, I promise. Quiting is very hard. Plus, while smoking, you have to imagine that you are basically poisoning yourself a little bit every single day.

Why? Look here's the trap with smoking. At first you smoke for that burst of energy, or for the social aspect, or whatever your motives are. After not so long a time, you no longer smoke for any of those reasons, but because if you don't you feel sick and bipolar. Not to mention the cost of smoking. There is no good reason to smoke.

I was 24 when I tried to quit smoking...I managed at 27 , now I am 29....
The differences in my body, how it felt after two months of not smoking, made me realize that I could never ever smoke.

Want reason so you do not start smoking? Go to tthe hospital and ask to see the pacients sufferring from lung cancer. TALK TO THEM! That should help you make your DECISION!!!

KIss Kiss honey! Respect your body so it helps you when you will be older ;-)

LOL Well, noooooo.
Other from the usual you MUST already know, cancer, emphysema, blood clots, strokes, heart attacks...What scared me the most is that, you know how some people claim that smoking helps lose weight? Well it DOESN'T! It's a fact! You don't lose weight from smoking..but what is a FACT is that when you stop smoking you GAIN weight! So, smoking not only gives you deadly painful illnesses, it also makes you FAT.

I was once a smoker 4 years ago and it take lots of effort just to quit but seriously just think would you ever wanted to pay money for smoking just to get lung cancer, bad breath, strokes heart attacks or die earlier. Seriously no so think twice.
