Yes, there is definitely racism in the US and the world. It has been here since the beginning of humanity and it doesn't look like it will become extinct during our lifetime. The cliche answer is education, but as we all know not everyone is able or willing to be educated.

There will always be racism. No matter how much we like to say there isn't any, we can't. Some races are still being taught to hate each other so with the ignorance people are preaching there will always be racism all over the world.

Yeah I've experienced racism many times in my life. I'm asian but I was born and bred in the US. I've also experienced racisim when I've traveled to France. So yeah, there's racism everywhere.
