As a medical nurse I see it occasionally in the ward. It is not too common but cases pop up occasionally. It should not easily recur, and any furter chest pain needs to be checked out by a doctor. It is not safe to assume that it is the same thing again, and in my experience it is not something that should recur. Even if you are young and fit get it checked out. If you are elderly or prone to infections then chest problems can be very serious. See a doctor soon.
