Yes...Tylelnol is perfectly safe if used as the package recommends.

On a side note, though. I had a horrible headache for the first two trimesters of my pregnancy. NOTHING seemed to get rid of it and it was driving me crazy. Finally, I went to another Dr. and he told me to increase my caffine intake by one or two cups of coffee a day (I was drinking no caffine because I thought ANY amount of caffine was bad). It did WONDERS with my headaches. They didn't go away completely, but they were a LOT less frequent.

I'm really sorry about your headaches. I know how horrible they can make you feel. I really hope the tylenol (or any other suggestion) does the trick so you can get some relief. Best of luck in the rest of your pregnancy!!

Yes Tylenol is the only thing you can take for a headache or pain and if i remember right it is either 2 regular strength or 1 extra strength Tylenol..
Might want to call Dr. or local pharmacy just to make sure on the dosage...

Yes, thank GOD!!! Acetominophen is fine. I've read the books the Internet and asked my doctor and doctor husband this repeatedly. YES you can take tylenol as directed right on the bottle and also Exedrine which actually works better on headaches whereas Tylenol works better for body pain. Be free! YAY!!

In most cases, yes, Tylenol is ok but make sure and ask your doctor. My doctor says Tylenol is ths safest to take while pregnant.

Yes Tylenol is the safest thing you can take throughout the pregnancy because it is non-aspirin medicine. So don't be afraid to take it, just follow what it says on the bottle.

According to my doctor when I was pregnant 6 years ago, Tylenol was OK to take. Check with your doctor just to be safe.

exedrine.....is that person stupid?! Tylenol is the ONLY pain reliever you can take while pregnant. Do not take ibuprofen,aleve,advil...nothing else. I just followed the same dose as a non-pregnant person.

You should always check with your doctor before taking any medication.. whether it be over the counter or prescribed by another physician.

Tylenol (acetaminophen) is okay. No ibuprofen... and definitely no aspirin.
