They make a product which is for super glue removal. Get this product at the same place you bought the glue or hardware store

Acetone, or nail polish remover. both are solvents for super glue, and will not damage porcelain.

I have used a dull razor blade[ i'm talking dull]
i keep a dull blade for this type of thing....
but the best thing is as said by previous answerers here..
acetone-based fingernail polish is the best as it disolves superglue..hold it on there with a cotton ball...
keep trying till it disolves..
i have the book:
Extraordinary Uses for ordinary things....
that is how it says to remove superglue...
