It depends if the vampirism is biological or "religious based". If it is biological, maybe. If whatever is going on can overcome the differences between human and alien species. If it is the other one...probably not.

no, porphyria is a disease which only affects humans, aliens would be anatomically different were they real. depending on the biological similarities it might be possible but very unlikely.
