It wont. Hollywood aside, cars will not roll over on flat ground unless they hit something. It is a breach of safety regulations to break this design rule.

Unless the car is perfectly straight and the wheels are aligned, the car won't roll over.

Seeing as this is impossible, the car wil skid, and drift in the direction that provides the least amount of resistance... until it reaches it's point of horizontal apogee... the point where it's no longer going forward, but turning sideways.

Inertia will carry it PAST this point... turning that car sideways... and the force at which the car is travelling at this point will make it (again) search the path of least resistance... which is to lift the opposite tires... and roll the car.

Because it will lock up the rear wheels and you would go into a tailslide.
The resulting slide would flip the car sideways.
Uh, if you really thought about this, I agree, take the bus.
