though a Stunt Double is more if you have the same hair color and height, not facial stuff

Yes, Lookalikes/impersonaters do lots of jobs like grand openings of Super markets etc...
Once I went to a George Michaels concert (ok, I was really, really young) and a look-alike passed thru the audience, I think as a diversion for when the real one was going backstage...

They might in Las-Vegas. But why would they? It's called a cheap rip-off. Why would someone hire a Tom Cruise look-alike when they can just hire the real one. It's pointless.
