oooh! I just love these romantic stuffs! Okay, first you must be really friendly to her and roses are the best way to impress her. Be really close to her, like be a great friend and soon you'll get closer and then ask her how she feels about you and then with a soft kiss on the cheek tell her how much you love her.

just tell her up front. she'll really appreciate it. girls like guys that are forward and aren't afraid of talking to them about anything. so just tell her. if she's really what u r looking for, she won't run away.
