I'm guessing 50000-60000 rupees? That's about $1250 USD, I think. Lots of good laptops at that price -- Dell, HP, etc.

thats about $1000US.
I know acer is the best for sure.
I got a acer with a dual core cpu, 1gb of ram, 120gb sata150 hard drive, a dvd burner, a 12ms wxga lcd panel, a wireless card and bluetooth, and an x1600 graphics card. All for $1000.
The only other maufacturer to use an x1600 or any x1000 series card cost at least $1500 and some, like dell, are $2000.
