There's a book called Embroidered Boxes by Jane Lemon which shows you how to construct boxes of any size or shape you want covering and lining them with fabric. Embroidery is optional. Your card needs to be very stiff and you will need a curved needle, invisible thread and beeswax to stop it tangling. Quite time consuming but worth it if you can't find just the right size, shape or colour box for particular items.

Fold this piece of card in hlaf and then take a cm or two and fold that in from the open edges. Glue these down and you should just have one opening at the top. Happy drawing!!!
