tweeze. or if you are going to the doctor anytime soon ask him/her to prescribe a product called Vaniqua. it's a cream that you apply twice a day. after about two weeks the hair will stop growing. eventually is will go away completely. if you stop using the cream, the hair eventually comes back. but a tube lasts for a long long time.

there r so many ways.....like bleaching , waxing n threading but for hair near the lips i suggest threading....

if u've got dark hairs on pale skin, u could just bleach them
