will krylon fusion stick to melamine shelves?

Krylon Fusion is a specific Krylon that is made to go on plastic's. Melamine shelves have a *slick* surface to them and what I would suggest is that you prime them with a product like Zinssers 123 primer - it will go on anything and then you can paint anything over it. But it will seal in your slick surface so that a Krylon product will adhere to it. Then go with one of the other Krylon products.

It most likley will if you sand the shelves first to rough them up
