If youre coaching a sports team and you have a player that: gets into multiple altercations with fans and staff, demands a pay raise in contract, shows up late or not at all for practice, disrespects and criticizes thier teammates, disrespects other teams, generally becomes a liability for the entire season, for the most part needs a damn babysitter, sits back to himself and says "Im doing a good job" "this is a hard position to play" "I think Im gonna play this sunday", what would you do with a player like that??

I'd dump a player like that...no matter how good a player he is, his attitude is a determent to the whole team. What this player adds on the playing field CANNOT make up for what he takes away in moral and energy.

The liabilities outweigh the talent. Try benching him for like two games. Don't tell him until gametime so he can sit there and feel left out. Then try him out again. If this don't fix it then send him home.
