It's hard to choose, but I think Bohemian Rhapsody, followed closely by Killer Queen.

I love Killer Queen too, but You're My Best Friend is definitely one of my favorite songs. I just want to play it to everyone I love.

I'd have to say Bohemian Rhapsody.The composition is great and the vocals dead on.Brian May may not be the best technician on the fingerboard but his use of harmony and overdubbing more that makes up for it.The complexity of the melody lines and intonation in the vocals makes this one a masterpiece
