You have answered the question yourself. You friend is too immature for the emotion. The girl who is elder is more mature and it was quite right for her to spurn his advances as she knew that the associaiton would lead nowhefre. It is good of her to have offered friendship and heshould not lelt go this officer. As a senior friend she may be helpful to him in his future relations with others. In a way you friend also cannot be faulted. He is passing througth a phase called 'the age of pimples'. In this adolscense one years to do something in respect to inchoate changes taking place insidie the body.Love making is one such 'outing' yes outing. Nothing more than that. I tell you that even if the girl had not rejected her when eh reached her age i.e. crossed the age of pimples he himself would have changed and when alone would have called himself a fool for falling that 'old hag'.The girl has also passed through this phase and is rightly looking pityingly at this 'kid'.He must really thank the girl for not just going on playing him ,as they say, round her fimgers' to amuse herself. As in the story of boys throwing stones in the water just for playing it was just play for them but death for the poor frogs. Ask your friend not only to respond positively to girl's offer of friedship but also accord to her respect of a senior friend who could be trusted.

Yeah, like anyone would actually believe that it's your "friend" who likes the girl when we can see all of your previous questions.
