i am looking to frame some and need theree measurements. I would measure them myself but they are not in my possesion.

it's not 3 sec, it's 1.8sec ;) it probably is the needle before you try to replace it it should unscrew near the end take it off and look at it it might just have tons of dust built up. sometimes it builds up and compresses into this weird dust build up. you can sometimes just pull it off with your finger. they do sell brushes to brush them off but I think a "soft" toothbrush might work It's more likely you have dust built up around the needle than the needle has busted. new needle might sound better but I don't know if you need it also some strange storage problem could have happened that crush the grooves and causes them to skip or maybe they were in a lot of heat but probably not

lp records are 12 inches ...the 45 records are 7 inches

Usually 7" in circumference.
