A bird with arms.
It takes lots more than just wings for flying, thus they would be useless to man. However arms could be used by a bird although it would impair somewhat flying. Better for catching pray and smacking stupid people who destroy their nests.

a man wit wings would jus b a big no no for me.. god only knows what "bright" ideas they'd try come up with! now a bird with arms, thats just funny.. but they wouldn't be able to migrate to hotter or cooler places therefore they'd very quickly die out...
