Its amazing no answer suggested Google translation. Logon to google homepage. Right next to search box, you shall see 'Language Tools' written in small font size. Click that.
You shall see translation page. Either translate text or even a web page. Or click here:

In my view, Google is one of the best translators.

I use Altavista's "Babel Fish"

Douglas Adams, who wrote "The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy," had people stick a fish in their ear to understand other languages. He called it a "Babel Fish" after the biblical tower which produced the division of languages.

If you have Yahoo! Toolbar, you can click on the double arrow and find translate. It has a fish next to it...works for me. Or you could use this babelfish.....watever that is. lol
