Is it normal? It scares me. It is OK with toys but I believe she cannot pull away the sheet from her face? I now have these away from her reach, but when she would begin to crawl!!!

Yes, it's normal. She's discovering the world around her and that she can see and then not see. Encourage her by playing peek-a-boo (but let her do the hiding, of course). For a long time children believe that if they can't see you, you can't see them but she probably hasn't reached that stage of awareness yet.

It is normal.When my daughter was at that age all the time I was afraid.But everything eas O.K. now she is 8 years old.
When she begins to crawl ,she will experience new things and will nopt pull things to her face.
She will put everything in her mouth instead and may lick the carpet.Be ready for eveything!!!

Babies learn by exploration. Eventually, she will find something else that fascinates her so much, and she will move on. Mine liked to bury his face in his "moo" and laugh and laugh because of the feel of the fabric.
She will be fine, just keep an eye on her. You sound like a great mom, and I think that she will be perfectly fine.
