Some females shows their boobs, back, navel under arms (Shaved or unshaved) in the public, Are they mentally sick ?

Guys do the same thing, if not more so...does that mean they are mentally sick too?

Ewwww that does sound yuky. Yes I believe those people have no shame and respect. Oh and Julia4evert it look better when a man does that kind of stuff, its still not good however it looks better when you see a man doing stuff like that for example getting drunk, sleeping around, but when you see a girl behave like that its revolting, a girl should respect herself and be a lady!
I dont get it, why do girls want to be so much like guys?

No,,,, not sick. They have just as much right to cool air as men do. I see nothing wrong with women who go topless. It should be their right. Exhibitionism is a whole different ball game.

No, it's normal in many countries. I am guessing that you are in a country where it's not considered acceptable.
