engine or paint and rims?

Question

Let say you have some money,you would like to paint your car a new color and get a new rims or upgrade your engine or save the money? which would you choose? it a 10 years old car still in good condition. Pls tell me why u choose that..thanks

I thought want to get my car a new bodykit with painting and new set of bigger rims while i thought of getting a mivec engine for my car... any idea?Pls help

Well, unless you want to be a poser, which is not a cool thing to do, you have to handle the engine first. Depending on your budget, make as many changes to the engine as you can/want to make, and then perhaps add some cool parts to the interior, for example buy a new (racing) steering wheel, a gear knob, and some pedals. But i dont recommend you start any body work until you get some stuff under the hood. There is nothing more pathetic than someone who fits 20'' rims on his car, and gets a custom paint job, while having 100HP under the bonnet. Its better for your car to be faster than it looks, not the opposite...

I see people with good paint jobs and rims but the car does not run and therefore it sits pretty in the driveway for people to pass by and admire...

You need a car to run first and then everything else later...

It all depends, what do you want more? Do you want to be faster or look better?
