That sounds normal to me, the pain should not impede your ability to function though.
There is a main nerve that runs over your pelvis and into your right leg, pain and pinching anywhere there, including your right thigh, is normal as the baby grows.
The uterus expands and the weight of the baby and the placenta and fluids can press against the nerve and be quite uncomfy.
You pelvis also changes during pregnancy to accommodate the size of the baby thats to be expelled through the birth canal, that makes your pelvis sore from time to time, much like growing pains.
If you have any serious concerns, or its a pain that isnt relieved when you sit or lay down, ask your doctor, he/she will be able to pin point the problem.
Usually though, as the months pass, the baby shifts and moves until that pressure is relieved a little... although it can very well come back :)
Just try to keep active for the sake of your body and the baby's health, but if your pain in serious or worrisome, ask your doctor.

if it is the same thing as me - problems with my pelvis - then it is caused because hormones produced in pregnancy are designed to soften ligaments so that your are able to stretch in the appropriate places. however, sometimes the hormones get a little out of control - and stretch the pelvis too much, causing it to split where the ligaments are over stretched.
there is not a lot that can be done, and the amount of pain that you get varies - i couldn't physically get out of bed at one point. i had never had this problem before and it started when i was around 19 weeks pregnant.
i phoned my midwife and she arranged for me to have a support belt - v sexy. soem women respond well to this treatment - i was one of them.
the women that don't are able to be referred to a physiotherapist - who can guide them through excercises that will help.
i would phone your midwife, and explain that it gets worse when you are on the loo, as it is possible that it is something else entirely. she will be able to discuss any fears that you have and advise you on medication and the best course of action for yourself. most midwves do not mind being contacted in this way. if you can't get in touch with her, then get a doctors appointment made and discuss it with them instead.
i don't have much pain from it now - i am 28 weeks tomorrow - and i think that it is because i phoned the midwife and got proper treatment quite soon on.
wishing you all the best

could be SPD (symphisis pubis disfunction)
the pubic bone stretches and moves about during pregnancy and sometimes causes a lot of pain or moves too far causing the pain. There is no cure for this, just rest as much as you can. Most cases it goes back to normal after the birth.

This may be very normal depending upon where your baby is but go to the doctor to make sure. Pain is not inevitable and, as with everything else, pain is telling you something needs attention.
Let you doctor determine if anything is wrong.

Probably totally normal. Your lower ligaments are starting to stretch and some pain is normal. If it bothers you or doesn't go away you need to call the doc just so they'll know.
Good luck!

call your hospital's emergency room if your dr is not available. it could be nothing, but pain is sometimes an indication that somethings not quite right. it could also be that your body is just adjusting to the pregnancy. don't worry yourself, but make a call. it's better to error on the side of caution.
