Does my friend look better with or without make-up?

1 - without. She has overdone it on the eyeliner in the second one...need to tone it down a bit. She has very pretty eyes and using that much liner is not only hiding them, it is making them look squinty.

She's a cute girl. Maybe it's just the pic in #1 that makes her look plain but number 2 does make her eyes come alive. Can tone down the eyeliner though....it's a bit unnatural but she's beautiful. :)

looks like she has great skin!
so no matter she's doing makeup or not, she'll always be fine.

use natural makeup daily (lipgloss, sheer blush on, mascara)
and she can add some more colors for special occasion.

but never forget the basic to keep the beautiful skin
(wash, moist, sunblock)

She's a very pretty girl, I would tone down the thick black eyeliner a bit, though if she prefers to wear make-up. When dark eye-liner is applied too thickly it makes people look like hookers.

wow, she's beautiful! i think she looks nice with both, but a more natural look would be really flattering for her nice eyes. :) try just a little smudge of brown eyeliner or shadow around the eye, and some volumising mascara to accentuate.

Without. Her eyes look more blue. The eyeliner is too much. I think she would look good with more lipgloss and less eyeliner though.

I like the way she looks without makeup. She has nice, clear skin and should show it off!
