http://www.egrab.com/make_money_online has a list of 200+ sites where you can make some money online.
I am not sure of which ones will take you in Singapore but there may be a few that need people from that region
Stuff like Video game testers, Taking surveys for REAL Cash, making money with video sites, making money doing mystery shopping.. there are some very good sites at that link.

You may like to approach the Marketing Research Companies in your area. They conduct mystery shopping as part of their client requirement when it comes to service evaluation.
You may need to start off slow and part-time, as such opportunity / project are hard to come by here in singapore. You would also need to have certain understanding in the area of service marketing.

I dont knw but it has to do with shopping for bargains or something you get something out of it like a lots of junk mail this better not be connected with stuped surveys... because i got in something like that and the only thing i got out of it was my credit card charge for things i did not even order.. be careful do not give them any personal credit cards information. even if is a pre paid credit card
