they have the cream on there because they have a yeast infection..which is irritation and itchiness of the vagina. So they put it on there to get rid of the infection and the irritation

For itching, burning sensations. Most of the time due to a yeast infection.

if there is a problem that might cause icthing or dry skin. WE don't have to and not all of us do all the time. BUt we do occasionally get yeast infections and get irritation from shaving, etc.
