You cannot rate beauty by its tan color and its perfect face,but I think no, they are not,around the world has its perfect faces of a woman in different nationalities!They just always won in the pageant because they are well trained as to become a beauty queen in this world but they seems not to be the most beautiful because when you say beautiful it comes from a persons soul how she carry herself as a whole package!But Venezuela had won the most miss universe pageant since it started!Beauty is in the taste of the judges!It is just their luck,they are all beautiful and nobody such the most in this world!

I think anyone who exercises and eats healthily and gives out love for free is beautiful.
But I have to admit, some of the puertorrican girls are extremely voluptuous.
All races have their advantages and disadvantages, though. =P
