NO birth control is 100% effective. Not having sex is the only way to be 100% sure you dont get pregnant.
If you dont want babies, dont make them. CHildren have 0 choice in who their parents are, when theyre born, or under what circumstances they are created, you have every choice in the matter. If you dont want them, dont make them.
Its that simple.

The only 100% effective method is to abstain from intercourse
Used properly, birth control pills are a highly effective method of birth control (but not 100%)

Nope. There is no type of birth control that is 100% effective. The only thing that is 100% effective is by not having sex. Even if you use condoms, spermicide, or whatever, there are never any guarantees.

Not having sex is the only sure way to not get pregnant.
ANY birth control method can fail.
When taken correctly, the pill is a pretty reliable method.
