we have our periods because about once a month, we ovulate and r bodies prep themselves for pregnancy. If the egg is not fertilized, it is shed, along with a built up lining in the uterus. This is the blood that comes out each month. We do this each month in preparation for pregnancy during our fertile years.

Menstruation is caused when the lining of the uterus comes away to make a clean area for a fertilized egg to implant. When this lining comes out it causes us to bleed and only women do this because we have uteruses, whereas men don't

the question wasn't what menstuation is. The answer is because Eve ate the fruit. God said women would have to deal with the pain of giving birth. In order to get pregnant you have to get your period.

We have mestruation because the eggs inside the ovarys are being released and when they are not being fertilized they come out and it turns into blood...so pretty much when we are not using the eggs in our body they are bad eggs

to give women an excuse for being bit**es and to keep them inferior to men.
so they can make fools of men sending them to the store in the middle of the night for tampons....
Still trying to figure out how something that bleeds once a month doesn't die.
