Click on your avatar on the left top of your page where it says next to it your points and your level.
Then click on EDIT MY INFO. You can change your alias initials and then click preview then submit.
If you want to change your avatar, you can do it in the same place, but go to http://avatars.yahoo.com first to edit your toon.

after you log on to yahoo answers click on your avatar at the left and then click on edit profile. you should be able to change it there.

than edit profile
or open yahoo mail and edit avatar

just go to edit and you can change any of your details.... why would you want to cjhange that sweet face

I dunno about your initials but you change your face on your actual mail. Then it automatically changes on here.
