A job that doesn't pay a lot of money, but is fun and easy, and a great boss, or would you want a job that pays really well, but is very stressfull, demanding, and the boss is rude?

Had both kinds of jobs. First job was high paying, stressful, and not a lot of fun. Lasted 25 years and I retired as soon as I was eligible. Have to wait a few more years to get my retirement money so now I'm working in a lower paying job, great co-workers, so-so boss, but WAY less stress. It's fantastic!

It depends on how much money they're willing to pay me to deal with the stress and rudeness. :) Some people take the challenge of a stressful environment and enjoy it, turning it into something positive. But if its $15 an hour vs. $10 (for the fun and great boss) I'd pick $10 :)

I personally would rather have a job that's fulfilling to me in not just the money aspect but also in just my aspirations and motives in life. I wouldn't want either job. I would choose the job that is somewhere in between fulfilling my desire to do something meaningful that i enjoy and also getting paid a reasonable amount for doing something i like and something that I'm set on doing. Money isn't always the most important thing, and the boss may start out really nice but in the end you end up slacking and not doing anything but if you push yourself and you get a nut-so boss you could do really well because you want to show someone that you can do it. It's all depends on what you're aspirations, motives, and values in life are.

I'd prefer a job I really enjoy, has a great boss _and_ pays well.:)

If I had to choose between the two you described, I would choose the former, the one I enjoy, because stress at work will translate into stress in other parts of life.

That said, if the money is just barely enough to live on (which can itself lead to stress in other parts of one's life) then I would use the free time I have from my easy job to look for a better solution.

i might extremely have a role that i might like doing it. Its significant to love the activity which you're doing. If this occurs, then one does high quality paintings and if one does high quality paintings, funds has to stick to it. So, having a role which you relatively love is extra significant than having a nicely paid activity it extremely is uninteresting.
