I hate it. It tastes like medicine, but I'm supposed to drink a glass every day for the health of my kidneys. Do the capsules or tablets do as much good?

I don't know anyone that actually likes the taste of cranberries, lol. The effects of the capsules seems to be the same as a glass or two of juice. Here's a couple links with information about studies done comparing the juice to the capsules and showing some of the benefits.

Absolutely. I've been using them for several years because I hate the taste of cranberry juice too. So do a lot of other people because there're a lot of cranberry juice combinations on sale....they're trying to mask the ugly cranberry taste.
Here's a great web site for discount vitamins, and right now they're having a great sale.
