i hope the new coach gives other younger players a chance (*hint* Lennon *hint*) but im not sure if Beckham will play coz he'll be about 35 in 2010... i also think the selection shud be more fair, coz i mean, until that game against Portugal wen he had 2 come off, no one else had ever been Captain b4 that...

Though he has retired as the English national captain,he expressed his willingness to continue his international carreer. So,he could still play at the 2010 world cup, because he will be in his mid- 30.

what a ridiculous question. he didnt play at the last one in germany, yes he turned up and got photographed but his performances proved he should never have got on the plane to germany, he just played without skill, pace or heart.who cares anyway, england are for the southerners and the lower league clubs. bring on the premiership, the mighty rafa's red revolution is gathering pace!

he'll love to participate.but his chances are very remote.
under the management of McLEREN,lets see how does he fares.
if he keeps playing nicely he will certainly play.
but thinking of his next world cup chances from now only is absurd.
lets see how does he play in clubs and country this season.......

There are two more important questions tied to this?

Will anybody care?

Will the Spice Girls have a reunion tour?

The anticipation is making me giddy.

I don't think so. And England will be better off if he doesn't play. He was always a choker.
