Ya i hope we could do that coz they bought our time to watch moive at a high price. Hey but i guess even the director will have to be sued for poor delivery.

No. If in actor is bad in their profession and everybody sees the actor7s flaws, most likely people will stop watching thier movies and the company will have to fir them and they will lose thier job. If an actor is bad they aren't harming us, maybe you might be dissapointed when you go see the film and lose $9, but that is what the movie critics are for, so it would be a good idea to check out what others have to say about the movie first before you see it.

Sue them for what, exactly? If people stopped patronizing bad movies, they would not continue to make so much money. However, wouldn't your idea set up a precedent that we could sue anyone for not entertaining us the way we want to be entertained? How many comediennes, actors, actresses, theater performers, athletes, etc. would stick around in those jobs if that were possible?

Well some actors. Definetly not Orlando Blooom, Johnny Depp, or Kiera Knightly anyone else from the Pirates of the Caribbean.

No. But you should be able to sue the producers and directors!

Take heart that you can point and laugh at the bad actors!!

No, that's an outrageous premise. If the movie is bad, it won't be in theaters very long, or go straight to DVD. Bad actors don't get asked to do more movies and they fade on their own.

Brilliant idea. We could sue them for subjecting us to 'cruel and unusual punishment' if it's bad.
