what will happen when all the planets in the solar system come in a row?

The most effect will on satelites and asteroids. they will attract on any planet.earth will have a GREAT TSUNAMI at two places and water will over and FISHES DYING at two places. Man will not have any difference in weight. "Astro runner crashing" will decrease.

You mean planetary alignment, did you see the movie Tomb Raider: Lara Croft when you asked this question. The film is a bluff just see it to have time pass and don't get take away by those film.
If all the planets in the solar system come in a row, nothing will happen, they will stay there for sometime and go back to their work.

Virtually nothing. Yes, the center of gravity for the solar system will be shifted slightly, but there won't be any ill effects because of it, since the planets are comparatively very small, and their gravity only becomes significant if you get close to any one of them.

Nothing special. The gravitational effects of planets on each other are minute compared to the sun's effects on each.
