Not a very clear question!I'm not totally sure what you're talking about.
No one likes everyone but it is not wrong to on a day to day basis to act friendly to some who you don't like so much.
At the workplace or out on the street it is not really possible to vent every little argument or anger you have. This does not mean that you are a hypocrite, you got to choose the battle's you are going to fight in this world, cos there are way too many to fully engage every time.

To laugh often and much, to win the respect of intelligent people and the affection of children; to earn the appreciation of honest critics and endure the betrayal of false friends; to appreciate beauty; to find the best in others; to leave the world a bit better, whether it's by a healthy child, a garden patch or a redeemed social condition; to know that one life breathed easier because you have lived...is to have succeeded

There's a difference between being civil towards someone and acting like you like them. Civility means respect but more curt in response, tone, and manner.
Feigning friendship, false flattery, ingratiating your way into the someone's life for whatever reason......it's phony.
You don't have to like everyone, and it's "normal" not to. People who say they like everyone have either very limited experiences with the world or are mentally disabled.

Based on my experience, it is pretty much impossible for anyone to actually, truly like EVERY other person they meet... there are just too many variations in behavior, hygiene, opinions, attitudes, customs, etc. for this to be possible.
But that's just my opinion...

some are fakes, and (dont know it themselves) you probly suss them.
others are people who manage to see something they like in lots of people - that 'something' is enough to get them going in communication - and sometmes, the more you get to know someone the more you like them (or vice versa)
