I have times when I do something and then it repeats around me inbetween the following hour or month. e.g. I caught a lizard, I named it "Shannon" then it ran away then suddenly on AUS idol there was Shannon Noll, I read a nice emotional story about an angel's life of helping an human and then I recieve an email from a church asking me to buy a package of how to talk to your angel and loads more.
Is something about to happen or is God trying to tell me to do something? I really dunno what's going on.

There are numerous events happening around you at any given point in time. It's natural for your mind to pick the things that are in your recent memory reference.
Things that you take for granted around you get filed away automatically. Your brain will blow up if it has to process each of the million stimuli it is getting every time.

God does not deal in the mystical. He is pretty straight forward. Yes, He still does miracles, but it is unlikely He is going to use the things you are talking about to speak to you. He is not going to be the one to send you information on how to talk to angels. Which by the way, we (those who have Christ as their Savior) will be over when we are in heaven. They are just created beings, like us.
Many times in the bible they have come to ppl (they are God's messengers) and when the ppl they come to fall to their knees they tell them not to worship them, worship only God.
If you really want to know what God has to say, just ask Him. He says in His Word that if you seek Him with your WHOLE heart, you will find Him. He will reveal Himself to you without the help of lizards or anything else but first, you must repent of your sins and believe on the one whom He sent, Jesus. You must believe that He came and died and rose from the dead. By believe I mean to trust in, cling to, follow. Not the believe like, "I believe that I am going to eat a sandwich". Even the devil believes that Jesus is real in that way and he, for sure, aint going to heaven.
No one can come to God unless He is drawn by the Holy Spirit. Maybe that is really what is happening and God wants you to be His child. He loves you enough to have sent His Son here to die for your sins.
Ok, well... that's my answer and I am stickin to it :-)
