I'm going to do my best refraining from Christmas jokes.
X-Mass is a project to find proof of dark matter. Is there dark matter outside our solar system? or anywhere?
String theory suggest that there are 11 dimensions, including the 4 four we know. Personaly I believe that if we can only precieve 4 out of 11 dimension that its quite possible we can observe the effects of dark matter while not obersving the the dark matter itself. The numbers suggest there's something out there that were not accounting for, but this question begs another on the assumption that dark matter is extra dimensional. Would a device that measures an extra dimensional property need to be controled in that extra dimension to work properly? How do you go about that if your limited to the experience of 4 dimensions?

IT THE X-MASS CIRCLES THE SUN...THEN COMMON SENSE MEANS THAT IT IS "PART" OF THE SOLAR SYSTEM. EVEN COMETS WHICH COME AND GO OVER HUNDREDS OF YEAR ARE A PART OF THE SOLAR SYSTEM BECAUSE IT MAKES ITS RETURN BACK FAR INTO UNKNOWN SPACE BY SWINGING "AROUND" THE SUN AT THE CENTER OF THE SOLAR SYSTEM. THIS IS ALL COMMON KNOWLEDGE AND COMMON SENSE TO ANY ASTRONOMER...WHICH I HAVE BEEN FOR 25 YEARS AND USED MOST OF THE WORLDS GREATEST TELESCOPES....INCLUDING THE 200" NEWTONIAN IN ARIZONA AND THE LARGERST REFRACTOR EVER BUILT. I ALSO HAVE A DIRECT SECURUITY LINK TO THE HUBBLE WHICH JUST CAME BACK ON LINE AFTER IT STOPPED WORKING FOR SOME TIME. YOU NEED TO EDUCATE YOURSELF ABOUT THE FACTS OF THE SOLAR SYSTEM....YOU WOULD BE AMAZED AT WHAT YOU DON'T KNOW!!
