Give it away to someone who really needed cosmetic surgery; like someone who'd lived with a facial damage that they were too poor to do anything about.

First of all you look great, so I'll slap the person who gave you the gift card for being blind.
Second, I'll give it to those people that really need it e.g. like children who were born with cleft lip or some sort of other defect that require plastic surgery.
City Harvest doing good works. I've attended the Business Breakthrough Mtgs before at NTUC centre. Haven't been for a while though..

Give it to someone who really needs it ( theres alot) LOL use it to fix a flaw u think u have or something but who in the world get a $50000 gift certificate without knowing what do with it try asking the person (s) who gaved it to u might have had a good reason!

have a liposuction, surgery for pointed nose
I am not afraid to do it...somebody I know just had plastic surgery and it seem succesful
If there is an excess,I would rather give the extra credits to celebs...
They might just thank me enough
