International Company but No dress code

It is good policy to dress professional in the office. For a man that would be slacks, shirt, tie, all nicely pressed. With a woman, slack and blouse, or dress, skirt. Keep lengths at the knee's no higher.

Personally I like to dress better than everyone else. If gives me the confidence I need each day. And it helps others in my office to not only take me very seriously but to respect me and my opinions.

So dress up, and always look better than they do.

At a minimum, it would be slacks with a collared shirt. Closed-toe shoes. Depending on the season, a jacket or sweater would be appropriate.

Always observe those you encounter during an interview process. This will give you a general idea of the accepted dress code.

If it's the first time you are showing up, might not hurt to go a little overboard and then adjust for the next day.

Office is a Microsoft product. I really don't think Mr.Gates cares what you wear while using his products, as long as you have a legal copy of the product.
