I want to find the fully translated, or even the first few translated books/volumes of the manga Hellsing, or, if possible, a free downlad/viewing of the tv series in english or with english subs.

No one has the eng dub for downloading if they were caught they would be in a lot of trouble, but the eng sub theres a lot of that.

These sites might have it, try youtube too, the above sites need bittorrent to download them, and real player works well with bittorrent to play the files, all is free.
